The key to losing weight quickly is to shock the body. Doing different exercises everyday will not allow the muscles time to adapt to the workout. Therefore you are continually burning fat. Doing a total body Day 1, arms Day 2, legs Day 3, core Day 4, weights Day 5 , Pilates Day 6, Yoga Day 7. Pick 2 days to rest in between.  Every other day is fine as well. Go at your own pace. Just get off the couch and Do Something! Just 15 min can Change your Life.
